You can drizzle the oil over salad or add the ground flax seed to cereals or fruit. Alternatively you can buy flax seed oil in capsule form.

Flax seeds are really rich in essential fatty acids, containing Alpha Linolenic-Acid. Fatty acids are essential for a healthy body, but many people don’t get enough of them.
